We provide lead generation and automated appointment booking services for local businesses. When you visit our pages, our hosting platform may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device type as part of standard web server operations. We do not actively use this data for marketing or profiling purposes.
If you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, Meta may independently collect data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To deliver and manage paid advertising campaigns on your behalf
To set up and operate automated lead follow-up and appointment booking systems for your business
To schedule and confirm onboarding calls and account meetings
To communicate with you about your campaign performance and account
To process billing and manage your service agreement

We use anonymized and aggregated data to analyze campaign performance and improve our services. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
3. SMS Opt-In and Text Message Communications
EmberLead sends automated text messages under two distinct scenarios:
If you are a business client of EmberLead: You may receive automated messages related to your account, onboarding, campaign updates, appointment scheduling for account calls, and billing communications.
If you are a prospective customer who submitted your information through an advertising form: EmberLead may contact you via automated SMS on behalf of the local business whose advertisement you responded to. These messages are sent through AppointWise to follow up on your inquiry, ask qualifying questions, and help book you into that business's calendar. All messages are sent in the name of that local business.
Message frequency: Varies based on your account activity and communication preferences
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
To opt out reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes — under any circumstances. This information is used exclusively to deliver service-related communications directly connected to your specific inquiry through EmberLead and its authorized service partners. This policy applies without exception.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our pages may use standard web technology to deliver and display content. Disabling cookies in your browser will not affect your ability to submit a form or request a consultation through our pages.
If we run advertising campaigns on Facebook or Instagram, Meta's Pixel technology may be active on our pages to measure the performance of those campaigns. This technology is governed by Meta's own privacy practices. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking, behavioral advertising, or to build personal profiles of visitors to our pages.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of data transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, but we are committed to protecting it to the best of our ability and will notify affected individuals promptly in the event of a data breach affecting their personal information.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service delivery: With technology partners required to deliver our services, including GoHighLevel for CRM and campaign management, and AppointWise for automated messaging and appointment booking
Business client lead routing: Lead contact information collected through a client's advertising campaign is shared with that specific business client for the purpose of fulfilling the appointment booked on their behalf. Lead data is never shared with any other business or third party
Technology partners: With GoHighLevel and AppointWise solely to power our booking and follow-up systems on your behalf
Advertising platforms: With Meta when required to deliver and measure advertising campaigns
Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
In all cases, sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested or to comply with legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information at any time:
Opt out of SMS messages: Reply STOP to any text message. Takes effect immediately.
Opt out of email communications: Click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.
Access your data: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct your data: Request that we update or correct inaccurate information.
Delete your data: Request that we delete your personal information from our systems. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Data Retention

9. Lead Generation, Follow-Up, and Appointment Booking
For business clients: EmberLead manages advertising campaigns on your behalf to generate leads. As a client your personal and business information is used exclusively to deliver your campaigns, manage your account, and communicate with you about your results. We do not use your information to market unrelated services to you.
For prospective customers contacted through EmberLead campaigns: If you submitted your contact information through an advertising form connected to an EmberLead campaign, your information was collected on behalf of the local business running that advertisement. EmberLead will use AppointWise to send you automated SMS and email messages in the name of that business to follow up on your inquiry, qualify your interest, and book an appointment directly into their calendar. You consented to this contact at the time of submitting your information.
Appointments for both business clients and prospective customers are coordinated through AppointWise and will sync to the relevant calendar automatically.
10. Performance Data and Case Studies
EmberLead may use anonymized campaign performance data for service improvement and marketing materials including case studies. No client or individual will be identified by name or any identifying detail in any public-facing materials without their explicit written consent.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18 please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active contacts directly.
